Questions
Questions, answered.
When does the sale run?
9 November to 13 November. The sitewide discount and the gifts apply for the whole window.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The sitewide discount and the free gifts are applied at checkout automatically.
Does the discount stack with the gifts?
Yes. The percentage off and the gift tier are worked out separately, so a larger basket gets both the deeper discount and the bigger gift.
Is the deal box included in the sitewide discount?
No. The deal box and the 11.11 Special Bundle are already cut well below the sitewide rate, so the percentage does not apply on top.
Can I subscribe and still get the sale price?
The offer applies to one-time purchases and to first-time subscriptions.
What if it is not for me?
The 90-day money back guarantee covers a sale order exactly as it covers any other.
