I take this first thing in the morning. I’ve only been on it for about a week so I think I’ll need awhile more to see proper results. The taste is not the best but it’s ok, my only gripe is really that it doesn’t dissolve well especially if I use cold water. Whether I use an electric whisk or a shaker bottle I still end up with quite a bit of undissolved bits that I have to try to break up with the whisk
